Shipping & Delivery

How quickly do items ship?
Most items ship within 1-5 business days however there are some that may take up to 7- 10 business days to manufacturer prior to shipment. Personalized items are made especially for you and require longer shipping times - please add at least an additional week when placing these types of orders. We ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS and common carrier. Always provide us with a physical house or business address, as our products cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Charges?
Precious Pets Paradise does not charge to ship products within the contiguous United States. We do offer discounted shipping costs for items shipping outside of the contiguous U.S.

How long until I receive my order?
Ground transit time once your order ships is usually an additional 2-5 business days - longest to the west coast. Except for large items traveling by Common Carrier (these are noted in an item's description) you do not have to be home to accept delivery - so ship to the location that is most convenient for you! For Common Carrier items, you will be contacted by telephone for delivery. This is the most common method of shipping when you order the larger feline furniture we carry.

Do you ship outside the continental US?
You will need to call us to place the order so that we can calculate shipping costs for these destinations. Special exception locations offered to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe or elsewhere outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How am I billed?
Charges on our customer's credit cards will appear as Zicom Inc. or PreciousPetsParadise.  If a check is used for payment, your order will ship once your check clears our bank.

We always try to let you know via email of any delays or backorders.

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us right away by email  if package is delivered damaged or if item is defective we will work quickly to make things right!

Privacy & Security

Secure Shopping:

Precious Pets Paradise accepts all major credit cards, which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal Express. We use Paypal Pro Merchant to secure your credit card gateway and most widely used on the Internet. When you place an order with us, the secure server will encrypt all the information you enter using 256k bit SSL security technology. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Although we recommend using an SSL browser, it is not required to place an order. Precious Pets Paradise does not store your credit card number on its servers adding another layer of security for you. 

If you don't have an SSL enabled browser, or if you have reservations about placing an order online, we will be glad to take your order at (877) 404-PETS (7387).


Our customer's privacy is a top priority. You can be confident that we will not exchange or sell any names, email addresses or any other information about our customers with third parties. Our servers do not reuse any of the information you enter. This means that each time you place an order, you must reenter your credit card and shipping information.

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

Customers may cancel any stock order at any time before it ships - however personalized items on your order can not be canceled. For your protection we also ask that a simple email be sent giving the reason for cancellation and any other information needed. We like to have cancellations in an email format to help with any questions about the order and will be noted in your account. Precious Pets Paradise reserves the right to cancel an order at any time and for any reason. 

We request that for returns, you simply reply to your order or shiping confirmation and request an RMA number. This will help us keep track of your items and where they need to be sent back to. Since we have several warehouses accross the country, this will assure we can follow the returned item acordingly.



Precious Pets Paradise MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!! We know that it is difficult to buy sight unseen. That's why any stocked item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of its cost unless otherwise noted. If a products ships with manufacturing defects, even special orders may also be replaced or returned if they are defective.
All items must be returned in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, re-stockable condition in order to received a full refund. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Contact us by email at to request an RMA# which must accompany every return! Once the return merchandise authorization has been issued return instructions will be emailed to you as different products may return to different warehouses. It is always a good idea to insure the return for its value - this is usually not expensive. If an item has shipped and been refused without prior approval a refusal fee of $15 will be assest to any credit due and owing.
Please include the following information with your return. Name, address, phone number and write the return authorization number on each box or as instructed.. Once the return is on it's way, please email the tracking number to: This helps us keep an eye on and properly credit your return. Once received, we'll let you know and duly credit card used to make your purchase. This may take up to two weeks to be completed after the item is received.
