If paid with Google Checkout, you will not be able to look up your order using the Google Checkout number. Please email us at admin@precious-pets-paradise.com with your full name and we can give you status on your order as well as the proper order number to do a Order Status Lookup.

Unless noted, most orders ship within 1 to 7 business days. On items to be manufactured, there is a 1 to 1 1/2 week manufacturing time.
