How quickly do items ship?
Most items ship within 1-5 business days however there are some that may take up to 7- 10 business days to manufacturer prior to shipment. Personalized items are made especially for you and require longer shipping times - please add at least an additional week when placing these types of orders. We ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS and common carrier. Always provide us with a physical house or business address, as our products cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Charges?
Precious Pets Paradise does not charge to ship products within the contiguous United States. We do offer discounted shipping costs for items shipping outside of the contiguous US.

How long until I receive my order?
Ground transit time once your order ships is usually an additional 2-5 business days - longest to the west coast. Except for large items traveling by Common Carrier (these are noted in an item's description) you do not have to be home to accept delivery - so ship to the location that is most convenient for you! For Common Carrier items, you will be contacted by telephone for delivery. This is the most common method of shipping when you order the larger feline furniture we carry.

Do you ship outside the continental US?
You will need to call us to place the order so that we can calculate shipping costs for these destinations. Special exception locations offered to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe or elsewhere outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Delays:
We always try to let you know via email of any delays or backorders.

Damage/Defects:
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us right away by email customerservice@precious-pets-paradise.com if package is delivered damaged or if item is defective we will work quickly to make things right!

Cancellations:
Customers may cancel any stock order at any time before it ships - however personalized items on your order can not be canceled.
